ARCS Manawatū recognises Māori as Tāngata Whenua and their unalienable birth right to sovereignty.  We acknowledge our accountability to Māori people by honouring Te Tiriti O Waitangi and the Declaration of Independence and we actively support Māori aspirations for Te Tino Rangatiratanga Mo Te Iwi Māori (Māori self-determination).
